Sport and Exercise Medicine

Dr. Traub is a lifelong athlete. He has been a competitive tennis player since high school, where he also played football and basketball. He is a triathlete and sees many local and professional triathletes for performance enhancement and health optimization. Services include nutritional assessment, supplementation, dietary counseling and therapeutic nutrition; immune enhancement; spinal manipulation; therapeutic exercises; stress management; and sports psychology.
